Chicken fillet in potato kashura



Very tasty casserole from potatoes and chicken breast ... Found on one site. Very pleased ... Only, I would share this portion by 2. There it was not said how much it turns out. And I did one, but there were a lot of things ... so divide everything into 2 portions.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 300 g
Potatoes (raw, medium size) - 6 pcs.
Egg - 2 pcs.
Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
Cheese (grated) - 100 g
Parsley greens
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper
Vegetable oil


Chicken breast cut into small cubes, fry in a pan, salt and pepper.

rub potatoes, squeeze out the juice, add eggs, flour and salt


spread out on a frying pan and fry on one side like a pancake ... I have a diameter of 28 cm.


When a pancake is fried, turn it over, and put half the meat on top and cheese on top.


give the cheese a little to melt ... and wrap our potato pancake on top and fry from both sides for 3 minutes.


we serve our casserole with sour cream
