Cheese cakes with sausages



INGREDIENTS:

eggs 4 pcs.
sausages 1/2 pcs.
flour 5 tbsp.
sour cream 4 tbsp.
onions green 1/2 beams
hard cheese
salt


PREPARATION:

Chop the green onion, crumble the sausage cubes. Beat raw eggs, add sour cream, mix. Pour wheat flour, salt to taste, onion and sausage, stir again. Fry like pancakes, on a hot frying pan, from two sides. When you are ready to sprinkle a quick cake on top of grated cheese, fold in half and serve to the table.
