Cooking method:

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 5-6 pieces
Egg - 2 pieces
Salt - To taste
Wheat Flour Extra Class - 1 Glass
Refined oil - 3-4 items. spoons
Garlic - 1-2 Zubchikov
Bow - 1 piece

Dill - 1 Teaspoon (finely chopped)



Cook the food. Wash potatoes and peel them, do the same with onions and garlic.



Vegetables cut into 4 parts of the piece and fold into a blender. Salt and grind at maximum speed until fine crumbs.



Pour the potato mass into a comfortable deep bowl. Add raw eggs and dill. Stir.



Pour the sifted flour. Stir well so that there are no flour balls.



The mass is ready for frying pancakes. Preheat a frying pan, pour into it a little oil of refined.



A tablespoon of potatoes and put on a frying pan forming oval or round fritters. Fry over low heat until golden brown.



Carefully flip the pancakes with a shovel - and fry the other side. Potato pancakes are ready! Remove them from the heat and serve hot to the table!
