This pizza is prepared simply, but it turns out very tasty! If you do not want to bake pizza in the oven, you can cook it in a frying pan, pre-fry the long loaf-buns in butter, and then with the ingredients, just "warming up" under the lid so that the cheese melts.

Ingredients:

Baton - 1 piece
Eggs - 2-4 pieces
Smoked sausage - To taste
Cheese hard - 100-150 Grams
Tomatoes - 1 Piece
Cucumbers - 3-4 pieces (salted or pickled)

Mayonnaise - To taste



First of all, we prepare all the ingredients.



Bread is cut lengthwise into two identical halves.



We take out the maximum amount of pulp, leaving only the bread crust (should be a "boat").



Lubricate the inside of the bread with mayonnaise. We rub the eggs on a medium grater, lay them on a loaf.



Marinated cucumbers cut into circles and spread the next layer.



Smoked sausage cut into small cubes and spread over cucumbers.



Cut the tomatoes in circles. We put them on our future pizza.



Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, put pizza in the oven. Bake until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
