Omelette with mushrooms and cheese


A fragrant omelette. You can use any mushrooms to make it.



INGREDIENTS:



① Mushrooms (champignons) 200 g.

② Cheese hard 50 g.

③ Chicken eggs 4 pcs.

④ Bow green to taste.

⑤ Milk ½ cup.

⑥ Vegetable oil 1-2 large spoons.

⑦ Dill.

⑧ Salt.

Preparation:

⃝ Fresh or thawed mushrooms are cut and fried in a frying pan in vegetable oil.

⃝ Peel and chop the green onion, add it to the mushrooms, warm up together until ready, salt - to taste.

⃝ Proteins separated from the yolks, the first of which is knocked out by means of a mixer, the second mix. Both combine, pour out the milk, salt and mix.

⃝ Pour onion mixture with fried onion mushroom, warm for three to five minutes over medium heat, cover with a lid for another minute.

⃝ To rub on hard cheese with a hard trowel  , wash a little dill, chopped. Sprinkle the top dish with herbs and cheese.

ADVICE:

To an omelette with mushrooms and cheese it is possible to serve a tenderloin from fresh or slightly salted cucumbers, greens, in the winter time - homemade salted cucumber or marinades.
